About our Founder

Born to a carpenter and a school secretary, Mr. Bear grew up around both hands-on work and office life, shaping his creativity, adaptability, and ability to connect with others.

Naturally curious, he often took things apart to understand how they worked and looked for more efficient designs. He later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems.

Mr. Bear began his career as a Helpdesk Analyst supporting 2,500 mobile sales reps across five time zones. After a brief setback when a role was eliminated, he was recommended by a colleague for an executive IT support position. What started with one vice president quickly grew into supporting the entire C-suite of a Fortune 100 company, along with multiple departments.

Over the years, he built a broad range of experience, deepening his understanding of both operational and overhead functions. Seeking new challenges, he transitioned into server administration, networking, and eventually project management, where he later advanced into leadership.

With over 30 years in corporate America, Mr. Bear credits his success to the many colleagues, leaders, and customers who shaped his journey and gave him the confidence to take the risk of bringing his first product to market.
